Living healthy by staying in shape is one very important thing you can do to help yourself have a happier, healthier life. Staying active is key to boosting your confidence and helping you to look great too. Now, that doesn't mean you have to go out and run a marathon, and it doesn't have to mean hours in the gym every day either. There are a lot of little things you can do throughout the course of your day to stay in shape that don't take much time or require a total lifestyle change either. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk or bike rather than drive, take a yoga class or simply add a few crunches into your nightly routine.
Small changes like those can help you get more energy throughout your day, even out your moods and make you feel as great as you'll look. You never know — you might decide to run that marathon after all.
